LONG STORY, SHORT

This did not start as a business. It started when I hit a wall with nothing left to fall back on and had to figure out how to stay operating when the normal path stopped workingI came up through storytelling. I believed in the work. I also learned fast that talent does not get funded and good ideas do not move just because they matter to you. Capital does not respond to belief. Capital responds to clarity, discipline, and execution under pressure. You need clarity when everything is breaking. You need discipline when you are running on fumes. You need people who understand what it actually takes to get something over the line. I have lived that. I have had to keep something alive with no backup plan.

That is why I built something that does not pretend, does not pad, and does not flinch when things get real.

My Expertise

My work sits where money, risk, and delivery all meet. I spent more than a decade in film production, responsible for budget, delivery, and outcome under real financial pressure. I now work with founders, producers, and operators to build ventures that meet the standards of serious capital. I have advised on investment across private equity, independent media, and early stage growth companies.

I understand how investors think because I work directly with them. I understand where creative ventures break because I have had to keep them from breaking. My expertise is financial modeling, investment packaging, and deal level decision making.

I convert creative concepts into assets that can hold in the room, withstand review, and move into development without collapsing.

This is execution under pressure, with accountability built in.

Background & Experience

I was a cog in the studio machine. I worked inside large productions where scale was normal and failure did not always come from missing a budget or slipping a timeline. Sometimes a project went bad for reasons nobody could control. Studios plan for that. They absorb it and move on.

Independent work was different. Most collapse was ego. People lied to themselves about cost, talent, rights, or timing and pushed anyway.

In 2023, during the strikes, the machine stalled and the noise dropped. People started asking me for a straight read instead of another task. Is this real. Will it hold. Are we wasting time.

That is what shaped how I work now. Not from being the top name. From being inside both systems long enough to see what actually survives and what does not.

AN IDEA WAS BORN

The RAPP // PERSEPECTIVE is a field-tested operating lens, built in the trenches. The RAPP // PERSPECTIVE is my idea.

The idea is that I sit in the middle on purpose. I saw very quickly that the people making the work and the people with the money were not speaking the same language. The creative side thought belief and potential were enough. The capital side made decisions based on risk, control, and exit. Everyone pretended they understood each other. They didn’t. Instead of picking a side, I built my own lane. I look at something and ask one question. Would a serious investor take this seriously. If the answer is no, I say why. If the answer is yes, I say why.

That is it. That is the whole model. It is not a pitch. It is how I work now.

BODY OF WORK

My work spans major features and episodic television.

This is real work backed by on-set experience, union credentials, and credits.

Verified through my IMDb and industry history, this body of work reflects a deep understanding of production logistics, and the kind of leadership that only comes from being inside the chaos.
